Get Access My StarMaker Account

I am writing regarding a problem with my main StarMaker account, which I have been unable to log into since yesterday. My account details are StarMaker ID 13277327*** and username “MommyAmy”. Until yesterday it was working normally, but now I cannot access it at all. The issue started after my daughter was playing around with my account on the app. After that, I suddenly lost access and I do not know exactly what was changed or what happened in the settings. Since then, every time I try to log in, I am simply unable to enter my account and I cannot reach my profile anymore. I have already tried to get support from StarMaker by contacting customer service, but I have not received any response so far. I am very worried about losing this account and all the content and connections linked to it. I kindly request that my StarMaker account be checked and recovered as soon as possible, and that my access be restored. If necessary, I am ready to verify my identity and ownership of the account so that I can safely get my account back.
