I deposited approximately $280 in total into online gaming sites connected through Starlight Live Support. I earned winnings from the games I played, but for about 4 days now, whenever I try to withdraw my money, the payment is not processed.
When I submit a withdrawal request, the system or live support keeps delaying my payment by saying “you have an active bonus,” without providing any valid explanation. Even though I have contacted live support 20–30 times, they give the same response every time and continue to stall without offering a clear explanation or solution. While I accepted the general terms during registration, there was no clear information stating that winnings would not be paid for days like this.
I simply want the money I deposited and the winnings I rightfully earned to be paid to me in full, and I do not want to be forced to deposit money into this platform again. I request that my winnings be transferred to my account as soon as possible.
