Starlight Has Not Paid My $2,480 Earnings After Withdrawal Request

On February 18, 2026, I earned approximately $1,240 on the Starlight website and submitted a withdrawal request the same day. Although I had previously received a small payment from the site, this amount has not been paid to me. Moreover, a previous earning of approximately $1,240 was also not paid. In total, I am currently owed around $2,480 from two separate unpaid balances.

I tried to contact customer support multiple times through live chat regarding this issue. I was only told “it will be sent soon,” but no further response was provided afterward. Currently, I am unable to access live support, my account appears to be restricted, and no explanation has been given.

I request that Starlight pay the full amount of approximately $2,480 owed to me from these two unpaid balances without any further delay or excuses.
