Starbucks Sent Cold Hot Coffee in Delivery Order

On June 25, 2026, at around 4:00 p.m., I placed a Starbucks order through the Yemeksepeti app for delivery to Ümraniye, Istanbul. I specifically ordered two different drinks: one hot beverage and one milk-based caramel coffee. However, when my order arrived, the hot drink had been delivered cold, and the caramel coffee contained almost no caramel at all. It tasted nothing like the caramel coffee I had ordered.

After discovering the problems with my order, I tried to contact Yemeksepeti customer service for assistance. Unfortunately, no one answered my calls, and I never received any follow-up or support. Receiving incorrectly prepared drinks and being unable to reach customer service made the experience even more frustrating.

I request that the incorrect beverages be replaced with the correct drinks as soon as possible and that my complaint be resolved promptly.
