I purchased a Stanley Aerolight thermos, confident in its quality and having spent a significant amount on it, but sadly, it fails to keep drinks hot for even an hour. The product claims to keep you warm for up to four hours, but it definitely does not deliver on that promise. Although it doesn't leak or spill, it unfortunately fails to deliver on its primary function—keeping heat effectively. I tested its cold performance, which is advertised to last 12 hours, but the ice I put inside melted in under an hour. I was really surprised by the experience I had with Stanley. I was really looking forward to this, but it turned out to be disappointing. I respectfully request that the brand either provide a replacement or give a clear explanation regarding this issue.
