Stanley 1.9L Thermos Losing Heat Due to Insulation Problem
In March 2024, I purchased a green Stanley Classic Vacuum Insulated Thermos 1.9 L through Amazon, with Amazon listed as both the seller and the shipper. The serial/model number shown on the product is 939236 347587. The product is sold with the stated benefit of a lifetime warranty from Stanley Global and Stanley Türkiye.
For approximately the past five months, I have been experiencing a significant problem with the thermos’s insulation performance. The exterior becomes warm, and when I put a hot beverage inside, the body starts becoming noticeably warm to the touch within a short period of time. It also no longer keeps the liquid inside hot as it used to. As a result, I am definitely not getting the performance I expected from the product.
I first contacted Kutup Ayısı, the Stanley distributor in Türkiye, to request warranty support. However, they told me that they do not handle products purchased through Amazon and could not assist me with this issue. On the Amazon side, I have also been unable to find an appropriate contact who can provide a solution.
I request warranty service for the insulation problem affecting this thermos, which was sold with a lifetime warranty. I ask that the defective product be inspected and that an appropriate solution be provided, whether through repair, replacement, or another suitable remedy. I also request clear information on what steps I should follow to resolve this issue.
