Standoff 2 Knife Event Reward Not Credited to Player Account

I have been unable to claim or receive any of the knives from the new knife event in Standoff 2. The event was also promoted on Instagram, and while my friends have been able to receive knives from the same event, I have not been able to receive any. This has been both disappointing and frustrating, and it has made me lose interest in the game.

Even though I completed the event correctly and remained active in the game, the knives were never credited to my account. Seeing other players receive the rewards while I was unable to get them has seriously affected my morale and motivation to continue playing. It has also negatively affected my trust in the game.

I request that this issue be resolved and that, as a gesture of apology for the inconvenience I have experienced, a **permanent Butterfly knife** be added to my account. I hope the Standoff 2 team will take my situation into consideration and help restore my enjoyment of the game.
