Standoff 2 Events Fail to Reward Player With Permanent Items

I have been playing Standoff 2, developed by Axlebolt, through Google Play for approximately two years, and I have spent more than 890 hours playing the game. Despite all the time and effort I have invested, I have never received a meaningful permanent reward from any event so far, such as a permanent skin, knife, or Gold.

The latest event I participated in also ended today, and once again, I was unable to obtain any permanent item.

After putting so much time and effort into the game, never being able to win a permanent knife has significantly reduced the enjoyment I get from playing. There is already a serious cheating problem in the game, and on top of that, it is extremely frustrating to have played for more than 890 hours without ever receiving a permanent knife.

I kindly ask the Standoff 2 team to add at least one permanent and reasonably priced knife to my account. If possible, I would especially appreciate receiving a permanent Butterfly, Karambit, or Mantis knife.

I simply want to feel that the time and effort I have invested in the game have not been completely wasted and to be able to enjoy the game again. I sincerely hope the Standoff 2 team will consider my request and assist me with this matter.
