Standoff 2 Instagram Giveaway Reward Missing From Player Account

I participated in a voting event organized through Standoff 2’s official Instagram account in Turkey. In this event, participants were asked to choose between M4A1 and AKR weapons. I participated by leaving a comment containing both my vote and my in-game ID number. According to the event description, participants were supposed to receive an in-game reward such as a weapon or knife.

I recently saw on Instagram that the rewards had been distributed and that other participants had received their prizes. However, no reward was added to my account. Even though I participated in the event using my ID number, 226937095, the promised reward has still not been credited to my game account. I also left a comment under the Instagram post asking why I had not received my reward, but I have not received any response so far.

As a player who fulfilled the participation requirements, I request that the weapon or knife reward I was supposed to receive be credited to my game account. I would also appreciate an explanation as to why my reward was not provided and confirmation that the issue will be resolved.
