Won DLS25 Tournament but Didn’t Get Player Pack or Fitness Coach

I play DLS25 (Dream League Soccer 2025) on the Android platform. Today, between 12:40 and 12:45 p.m., I became the champion in an in-game tournament under the username “Kurdıstan FC.” However, I did not receive the rewards—the player pack and fitness coach—that are supposed to be granted to the winner at the end of the tournament.

I tried logging out and back in, but the problem was not resolved. I paid in-game currency to enter the tournament, and this is the first time I’ve experienced such an issue. Since there’s no support or customer service option within the game, I was unable to contact anyone about it.

I demand that this issue be resolved immediately and that the rewards I rightfully earned as the tournament champion be credited to my account. If this matter is not addressed, I will report this issue on all relevant platforms to make my situation known.
