Stake Deposit Not Credited After Paytm and Google Pay Payments

I am writing to report an issue with two deposits I made to my Stake account using Paytm and Google Pay that have still not been credited. On April 22, 2026, I deposited 1,000, and on April 25, 2026, I made another deposit of 1,000. Both amounts were successfully deducted from my Paytm and Google Pay accounts, but even after approximately five days, neither of these deposits has been reflected in my Stake balance.

As a result, I have been unable to use the funds within the platform. I have already completed the required acceleration form as instructed, but despite this, the deposits are still missing and no clear resolution has been provided.

I request that both missing deposits of 1,000 each be urgently traced and either credited to my Stake account balance or refunded back to my original payment methods. I also expect a clear explanation for the delay and why these transactions were not processed correctly.
