Pending Stake Deposit From Fampay With No Credit or Update

I made a deposit to my Stake account from my Fampay account, and the transaction has been pending since around 5:30 pm. The UTR/transaction ID for this payment is 645877900247. The amount has been debited from my Fampay, but it has not been credited to my Stake balance and I also have not received any clear update. I have already contacted Stake customer support about this pending deposit but I have not received any response yet. This situation is causing me concern because my money is stuck and I cannot use it either on Stake or in my bank/payment account. I request that this issue be checked urgently and that either the deposit be credited to my Stake account without further delay or the full amount be refunded back to the original source as soon as possible. I also ask to be informed clearly about the status of this transaction and the expected resolution time.
