I'm having trouble accessing the Spotify app on my phone. I keep encountering an error message that says "There was a problem, please try again." Nevertheless, I have no issues accessing my account through the web or my computer. I have attempted various troubleshooting steps such as uninstalling and reinstalling the app, restarting my phone, and clearing the cache. Unfortunately, none of these methods have proven successful in resolving the issue. What actions should I take?
