My cousin purchased a Spotify Family Plan and added me to it over a year ago. Recently, I received a notification to verify my address by a specific date, but I didn’t think it was urgent and decided to do it later. As a result, I was removed from the plan.
Even after my cousin sent me a re-invitation link, I still can’t rejoin. Spotify keeps displaying a message saying I cannot join, and there’s no option to update my address. This system is incredibly frustrating and unnecessarily restrictive. I expect Spotify to provide a solution to this issue and allow me to rejoin the Family Plan. It shouldn’t be this complicated to resolve such a basic problem.
