Sony Eurasia and PlayStation Turkey Refuse to Honor Warranty for Defective Product

On March 29, 2023, I purchased a PS4 console and 2 controllers from Vatan Bilgisayar in Çanakkale. One of the controllers malfunctioned, and when I tried to send it for warranty, they claimed the serial number on the back was unreadable, voiding my warranty, despite having the invoice, warranty, and even the box in hand. Everything seems fine when you buy a product, but when you attempt to utilize the warranty, it turns into a bureaucratic nightmare. What a shame—a controller broke within a year, and now they say my warranty is void because the serial number is supposedly unreadable. This is the new way of saying, 'Sorry, no warranty.
