Solgar Omega 3 Capsule Appeared Discolored And Partially Empty After Purchase


I purchased the Solgar Omega 3 950mg 50 Softgels Triple Strength product on Hepsiburada (Order No: 452 495 435 3). When I opened the product on November 6, 2025, I noticed that one of the capsules had changed color and was partially empty. It was extremely surprising and concerning to see such an issue in a product that directly affects our health.
When I reported the situation to customer support, they shifted all responsibility to Solgar and, instead of helping, made dismissive comments like “Talk to Solgar.” However, I purchased the product from them, and I believe the seller should be my point of contact. I also opened a complaint through Hepsiburada on November 7, 2025, and I am currently waiting for a response.
More than the return itself, what matters to me is our health. Experiencing such a problem with a globally recognized brand like Solgar — and the attitude shown by Vitalmed — has made me seriously uneasy. I would like to know whether Vitalmed truly sells original products and what measures will be taken to prevent such issues from happening again. I expect an explanation and a solution regarding this matter.
