Snickers Bar Had No Chocolate Coating – Tasted Like Flour

I recently purchased a Snickers bar, and when I opened it today to eat, I immediately noticed something was wrong. After taking a bite, I realized that it had no chocolate coating at all! Instead of the usual Snickers taste, it felt dry and powdery—almost like flour.
It looks like a production error, where the machine skipped the chocolate coating step and just packaged the bar as it was. I doubt this was a one-time mistake, and I’m sure others have received similar defective bars. If this was truly a single error, how did I end up with the faulty one?
The product code on my Snickers bar is 5000*******73 with an additional marking 422F2SLO04. Snickers, explain this! How does a chocolate bar get shipped without chocolate? I expect a response and a replacement! Has anyone else experienced this?
