Snickers Chocolate Had White Spots All Over – What Is This?

I recently purchased a Snickers chocolate bar, and when I opened it, I noticed white spots covering almost half of the chocolate. This is extremely concerning, as I have no idea what these white marks are or if the product is still safe to consume.
I expect better quality control from a well-known brand like Snickers. How does a chocolate bar end up in this condition? Was it stored improperly, or is this a manufacturing issue?
I need an urgent explanation regarding what caused this and whether it poses any health risks. I also expect a replacement or refund for receiving a product in such poor condition. Please respond as soon as possible.
