The Snapchat account (username: Hasano7373) I use on my Realme c53 model phone was locked about 2 weeks ago. After the lock was removed, when I tried to log in again, I kept getting the error message 'an error occurred, please try again.' I encounter the same error both on my own phone and on other devices. I deleted and reinstalled the app, but I am unable to reset my password. The phone number registered to my account has also been removed, and I did not receive any notification about this.
Additionally, I had purchased a badge worth 30 TL on my account, and not being able to access this account is causing me financial loss as well.
I request that the issue be resolved as soon as possible, that the necessary support be provided so I can access my account again, and if necessary, that my payment be refunded.
