I Face Account Lock Issue on Snapchat and Cannot Access My Profile
Since April 15, 2025, I have not been able to access my Snapchat account. Every time I search for my username, Hasano7373, I receive a message saying “This account cannot be found.” My account appears to be locked for no reason. I have never used VPNs or any third-party apps, so there is no violation on my side.
This situation is very frustrating because my account contains personal photos and all of my saved memories, which are now completely inaccessible. Losing access to these is extremely upsetting. I have not yet been able to contact Snapchat support, but I expect a clear explanation for why this happened.
I am requesting that my account be unlocked immediately and that I regain full access to my photos, memories, and data. Snapchat should take responsibility and resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

The Snapchat account (username: Hasano7373) I use on my Realme c53 model phone was locked about 2 weeks ago. After the lock was removed, when I tried to log in again, I kept getting the error message 'an error occurred, please try again.' I encounter the same error both on my own phone and on other devices. I deleted and reinstalled the app, but I am unable to reset my password. The phone number registered to my account has also been removed, and I did not receive any notification about this.
Additionally, I had purchased a badge worth 30 TL on my account, and not being able to access this account is causing me financial loss as well.
I request that the issue be resolved as soon as possible, that the necessary support be provided so I can access my account again, and if necessary, that my payment be refunded.

I request support so that I can log into my Snapchat account again. Since my subscription is ongoing, I kindly ask that my issue be resolved as soon as possible.
