Slazenger Order Not Shipped Despite 24 Hour Promise

I placed an order for a tracksuit bottom on Slazenger’s online site on 3 March 2026. On the website it clearly states that the products will be shipped within 24 hours, but more than 48 hours have passed and the status of my order with code TS03032515802 still appears as “being prepared”, no shipment has been made. During this time I created multiple complaints and requests via the system, but there was no result. I also contacted customer services via online support and by phone. I was told that, due to holiday density, the product might only be shipped on Friday or Saturday and that they could not ensure delivery within the period they had stated. However, there are still about two weeks left until the holiday, and despite this situation, the “shipped within 24 hours” statement is still displayed on the site and new customers continue to be informed in this way. I ordered this product specifically because my son will be going abroad and I needed the order to arrive by the time they initially promised. Now it is clear that it will not reach us within the promised period and I do not see any effort from the brand to resolve this situation. I request that Slazenger urgently takes responsibility for the commitment it has made on the website, corrects the misleading “24 hours” information, and provides a clear and concrete solution for my delayed order.
