Slazenger Order Delayed Despite 24-Hour Shipping Promise

I placed an order with Slazenger on December 2, 2024, and after an entire week, it is still listed as "preparing." Your website clearly states a 24-hour shipping guarantee, so why hasn’t my order been dispatched yet?

I contacted customer service, but it was completely unhelpful, providing no resolution. If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will cancel my order and file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee.
