Slazenger Failed to Deliver My Sweater Order and No Replacement or Refund Given

My order for Konnor in Men's Sweater Black XXL Slazenger was incomplete, as either the sweater or the Men's Sweater Black XXL was missing. Since filing a complaint on November 8, 2024, I have received 10 items, but not the missing product. Every time I contact customer service, I am told that they are still waiting for a response from Hepsijet. Do you only have one item in stock? Why don’t you prioritize your customers by sending a replacement product or issuing a refund? I shouldn’t have to bear the cost of a package lost by the incompetent individuals at Hepsijet. Either send me a replacement for my missing product or process a refund immediately. Why should your unresolved issues with the courier service become my problem? Do I need to threaten that I’ll never order from you again and share my negative experience with others to impact your sales? You should treat your customers with the respect they deserve and resolve this matter promptly.

Today I spoke with Slazenger customer representative Ş***, and once again, there is no update. They just say to wait. I will file a complaint for every day I have to keep waiting.

No response or solution is provided in any way. They say to wait for the incompetent shipping company. Is my only fault shopping from you?
