Skechers Sneakers Shatter in One Month - Retailer Claims "User Fault"
In only 1,5 months Skechers sneakers was shattered. I returned to the official store with an examination request. And they were so fast in a few days returned to me saying this is user's fault. My son, who is 7 years old, is not an animal and this is not the first time we buy him shoes. It is possible to see some deformation in some pieces with using, but it is not expected to see torn apart in everywhere of the shoe from the top to bottom and to sides and front. This is by far the worst experience I had in my life regarding any shopping.
The quality of the brand is absolutely zero. Even if you bought a knockoff product, it would be better quality. Or like those online shoe sellers who open and close their pages all the time, let alone standing behind the product, there isn't even the slightest response or explanation. Sketchers is a place where you should never buy a product.
