About 6 months ago, I purchased a pair of Skechers sneakers from the official website for 6,000₺. I work as a 112 emergency ambulance driver, and because I spend long hours on my feet, I chose Skechers for their supposed comfort. Unfortunately, this purchase turned out to be a huge disappointment. In just 6 short months, the shoes have: • Completely torn at the heel area, • Had the inner lining ripped apart, • Developed serious tears on the sides. Even though I sent the product for inspection under warranty, I was told that “no manufacturing defect was found.” It is absolutely unacceptable to claim that such severe damage in only 6 months is due to user fault, especially for a product at this price. Customer service was not solution-oriented at all, and my request was rejected. I paid 6,000₺ for shoes that became unusable in half a year, leaving me completely dissatisfied and disappointed. From a global brand like Skechers, I expected far better product quality and customer service. Unfortunately, both the product and the after-sales support have completely failed.
