Skechers Rejected My Claim After Shoe Mesh Tore in 2 Months

This was my first time shopping at Skechers, and I found the shoes really comfortable and the size was just right. However, I was honestly surprised to see the mesh tear after only two months. I thought this brand would be more durable. I sent in a request for a product review using the Skechers app, thinking the problem would get sorted out, but it got turned down pretty fast. I was really confused by the response, especially since Skechers is known for its quality and good customer service. I really didn’t see that coming from a popular brand.
