I Got No Support for My Skechers Shoes With Color Fading

I got a pair of Skechers shoes on January 26, 2025, and not long after, I saw that the color was starting to fade. I brought the shoes to the store to get them checked out, hoping for a good assessment. I waited about 10 to 15 days and then got a rejection, which really surprised me. I’ve been a loyal Skechers customer, enjoying a bunch of their styles and colors happily. I’ve told my friends and family about the brand because I really trust the quality they offer. That's why it was tough to believe that a company with such a solid reputation would not support its product in a situation like this. I thought a brand I’ve trusted and supported for a long time would have handled things better.
