Skechers Orthopedic Shoes Caused Heel Pain and Tore
The soles of the orthopedic shoes I bought from Skechers lost their stiffness and my heels started to hurt. On top of that, there are tears on the edges of the shoes and I sent the shoes for review, they said there was nothing wrong with them and I complained but they didn't even give me a proper response to my complaint. Moreover, when I called customer service, there was not even a single person to talk to. I have always shopped on Amazon and no company has ever acted so unfairly. I demand an answer to my complaint, an inspection of my product and a replacement. It is such a shame and unfair behavior that the shoes you sell at inflated prices become garbage in less than a year.
