Skechers Blamed Me for Toe Tear on My Shoes and Ignored My Complaint

My Skechers brand shoes tore from the toe. Although I only used them for walking, the fact that they tore in such a short time shook my trust in the product and the brand. I chose Skechers because of its reputation for quality and durability, but my experience has been quite the opposite. The shoes I bought from the Boyner store were sent for review, and like many others, I received a response stating it was a user error. I feel disappointed not only by the product but also by the customer service response. I am considering sharing this experience with Skechers' global team because there are many complaints and grievances about the brand in Turkey.
