On November 2, 2025, I purchased the GO Walk Max Walkers from the Skechers store for ₺6,799. However, today a friend informed me that she bought the exact same pair from the Sportive store for ₺5,100. The significant price difference was shocking and made me feel unfairly treated. Since I have already worn the shoes, I cannot return them; therefore, I am requesting a refund for the overpayment. I have the receipt, and the product’s barcode number is 8683030017112. I have not yet contacted customer service about this matter. I kindly request a clear explanation of the store’s pricing policy and a fair resolution to this issue.

I called customer service and spoke with Ms. Gizem, they are not able to help. This was an experience for me; as a result, I will not shop at Skechers stores again.
