Skechers Fails to Honor Warranty - Defective Shoe Return Denied Despite Manufacturing Defect

My brand new Skechers shoes are completely falling apart, and when I tried to return them for a refund, I was met with an incredibly unreasonable rejection. Skechers denies any responsibility for the damage, disregarding the clear evidence of wear and tear that suggests a defective product. These shoes have hardly been worn! I haven't engaged in any physical activities, cleaned them excessively, or exposed them to any rough situations. Living in Istanbul, they have never experienced the beauty of snow. I am extremely disappointed with Skechers, a brand that is known worldwide for its reputation. Is it necessary for a shoe to be completely unusable in order to be eligible for a return? Should I use a sharp object to cause damage in order to receive a refund? The material used for the shoe is of very low quality, and there are signs of cracking in various parts of the shoe.
Dear Customer, Thank you for taking the time to bring this matter to our attention. Skechers Customer Communication Center
Skechers is a brand that brings regret; the warranty coverage is evaluated completely arbitrarily. I will not buy it again, and I tell those who are considering buying it not to take the warranty into account and to think of it as if they bought it from a market.
