My Skechers Shoe Fell Apart in Just 2 Weeks, Store Response Disheartening
On July 28, 2023, I bought a pair of men's shoes from Skechers' Optimum store. In just two weeks, the soles of the shoes have developed cracks and splits where they bend when you walk. Because of my job, I have to wear shoes with steel toes, so if we add up the hours, I've probably worn these shoes for about 4 days. How could a shoe get so worn out so fast? I sent the shoes to be looked at on August 9, 2023. On August 15, 2023, they said it wasn't a problem with the way they were made but with how I was wearing them. Even if I wore them every day for two weeks, that's not enough time for the soles to wear out. Are you going to keep letting your customers down?

I contacted you in the morning, and you said it was user error for the 2-week-old shoes. For it to be user error in 2 weeks, I would probably need to burn the shoes or cut them with a knife or something.
