Later, on July 3, 2024, we extended the rental period by 3 days and paid the additional fees. However, it's been 15 business days, and I still haven't received my refund. When I contacted Sixt, they claimed the money had been sent back but was being blocked by my bank. However, Ziraat Bank stated that there’s no pending transaction on hold. I urgently request that this issue be resolved as soon as possible, as this delay has caused significant inconvenience.
