Sixt Sarajevo Airport Rental Car Refund Delay
On January 7, 2024, I rented a car from Sixt Sarajevo Airport for a trip from January 7 to January 10. It's been over 30 days since the rental ended, and I'm still waiting for my 700 USD refund.
I've been in constant communication with both Sixt Sarajevo Airport and my bank, Ziraat Bank. Sixt claims they have lifted the block on my funds, but the refund hasn't yet been processed. Ziraat Bank, on the other hand, insists they haven't received any refund request.
I'm incredibly frustrated by this delay and the lack of coordination between Sixt and my bank. I've provided all the necessary documentation and followed their instructions, yet the refund remains elusive.
I'm demanding an immediate resolution to this issue.
