I Face a Missing €1,000 Deposit Refund from Sixt Pristina — No Response for 18 Days

On September 12, we rented a Kia Stonic from Sixt at Pristina Airport under Rental Agreement No: 9520367065. We returned the vehicle without any issues or damages, and the handover process was smooth and complete. According to the rental agreement, the deposit refund was supposed to be processed within 7 business days, yet 18 days have now passed, and the €1,000 deposit has still not been returned to our account.

We have contacted Sixt customer service via email multiple times, but have not received any response or update. This is the first time we’ve experienced such a problem, and it has caused us significant inconvenience.

We request that the €1,000 deposit be refunded immediately and that Sixt provide clear information regarding the delay and communication failure. As loyal customers, we expect a prompt resolution and a proper explanation for this unacceptable delay.
