Siemens Washing Machine Became Useless After 10 Years Due to Motherboard Failure
I bought what I thought was a top-quality German-engineered washing machine, expecting it to last for years as promised when I purchased it. I was told it would be a lifelong investment, but after just 10 years of use in Turkey, it’s become completely unusable. The machine broke down, and when I took it to the service center, they informed me that they couldn’t repair it because of a motherboard failure. This has essentially turned my once-reliable machine into garbage. I’m really disappointed that a product with such a strong reputation didn’t live up to its promises. I would have expected much better longevity and support for such a major appliance.
They said, "Pay double the price of regular brands and we'll give you a 20% discount!" No thanks, I'll pass.
