Siemens Washing Machine Stops Working After Warranty
I purchased a Siemens washing machine in May 2021. The first two years were problem-free, but later, the machine started stopping on its own at times. We managed with this issue for a while. However, just a month after the 3-year warranty expired, the machine tripped the circuit breaker and stopped working. Is the lifespan of this machine only 3 years? When I contacted customer service, they said they couldn't extend the warranty. They demanded 475 ₺ for the service, whether there's a fault or not. I'm hesitant to buy any Siemens electrical appliance again.
