Siemens iQ700 Washing Machine Cannot Clean Properly

I purchased a Siemens washing machine on 13.01.2025, and after numerous calls with customer service, it was finally agreed that the i-Dos detergent drawer was defective and needed replacement, which was done—despite the issue clearly being a product fault, I was still charged for the part. At the same time, I reported that the machine was not performing its main function: it failed to clean properly and even left visible detergent and dust marks on clothes. Customer service claimed a wash test would be performed, but the technician who came did not carry it out properly. They used less than 2 kg of laundry for a 10 kg program, bypassed the i-Dos drawer, poured excess detergent directly into the drum (more than two caps), and set all settings to maximum. Even then, the results were poor—clothes were still stained and even torn. They then ran a temperature test and found that the 40°C program did not heat above 35°C, yet the technician insisted this was “normal.” When I requested a proper 60°C test, it was refused. In addition, all my white clothes turned gray. I later purchased a basic model washing machine from another brand, and under the exact same washing conditions, it cleaned the clothes far better. I even asked the technician to do the same test on the second machine for comparison, but they refused. The fact that Siemens’ high-end model performs worse than a basic competitor’s unit is unacceptable. The photos I’ve shared show stains left on clothes after a 4-hour, 60°C wash with three caps of detergent in the Siemens iQ700, while the same items came out spotless from the other machine using just one cap of detergent in a 40°C, 1-hour cycle. Over the course of five months, the i-Dos front cover was replaced twice, and the detergent drawer once, yet the problems persist. I am requesting a full refund for the product.
