I bought a Siemens WA14LQH0TR/01 washing machine for my trousseau. Ever since I bought it, no matter what fabric softeners I try, my laundry never seems to have any scent. This product lacks any scent and is ineffective at eliminating perfume or sweat smells. Even after washing, the stains on my clothes stubbornly refuse to budge, making me question the effectiveness of my laundry routine. Every single piece of clothing I own ends up being completely covered in lint, just like you can see in the pictures. It's quite a challenge to purchase clothes these days. It's really frustrating and unacceptable to see my newly bought garments covered in lint after just one wash, making them look worn out as if I've been wearing them for 20 years. The seller spoke very highly of the features and it was definitely quite pricey. When I contacted the service center in my area, their response was quite amusing. "Which fabric softener brand do you use?" they inquired. "I've tested out various brands, but unfortunately, none of them seem to be effective," I responded. They replied, "It's likely due to the expiration of your softener." The washing machines in my mother's and sister's homes have never experienced any problems. Even with the most affordable fabric softener, the clothes still retain a fresh scent even after three weeks. "Which program are you using to clean?" they asked. I informed them that I have attempted every program that is currently accessible. They quietly mumbled to themselves and departed without offering a resolution. I make sure to maintain the machine in a pristine condition. Upon installation, the service technician advised me to periodically open the circular component at the bottom to drain the water and clean the cover. I do that on a daily basis. Additionally, upon the machine's initial arrival, it was damp inside, and the circular component at the base was filled with water. The service technician arrived once more, informing us that there was an issue with the water level. They proceeded to remove the top cover of the machine and replace a part. They haven't made any effort to replace the machine. All the appliances in my house are Siemens. It's quite disheartening to come across problems with a brand that is known for its reliability. I bought the washing powder they suggested for machine cleaning, but the issue is still there. It's quite unusual for a machine of this quality, which comes with a hefty price tag, to have these problems right from the day of purchase. I kindly request a replacement of my product, an exchange with another model, or a refund equivalent to the current market price. We need to take action. Our clothes are completely destroyed. Lint is everywhere. Should we purchase twice as many clothes now? Our once impeccable garments have been completely destroyed. The headquarters also reached out, but unfortunately, they didn't provide a solution either. The service has been to my home six times, but they have only recorded two visits. I've discussed the legal procedure, and it states that if a product requires more than two service visits, it is deemed defective and should be replaced.
