Constant Problems with Siemens Dishwashers and Unresponsive Controls
I bought a Siemens dishwasher from the authorized dealer in Çanakkale and paid for it in full upfront. However, ever since I got it, it has been causing me nothing but problems. I had this old machine that I used since 2000, and it never caused me any problems. I used it comfortably for years. I wish I had given it away when I moved to Çanakkale five years ago. The buttons on the new machine aren't working right, and it only works with one program. This has been a disappointment for years. I didn't use the machine for around two years because I thought touch-button machines weren't easy to use. When I try to select a specific section or degree, the machine doesn't respond. It just keeps going on its pre-set automatic program at a 45-degree angle. When I try to press the temperature to 70 degrees or hold down the 'Reset' button for 3 seconds, it doesn't work and it's just a waste of time. This situation is messing up what the machine is supposed to do.

For instance, let my written words be read carefully without causing any disturbance when called, and let the process be positively completed. Otherwise, I might try to broadcast my complaint to the whole world out of frustration.
Unfortunately, I expressed my first complaint with disappointment. I had mentioned the dishwasher issue before the three-year warranty period expired. Since it is a touch model, I thought it would eventually work properly. At times, I left it aside without dealing with it, only to find myself forced to complain again when I needed to use it. I request a thorough and free repair within a short period, ensuring it won't break down again, or compensation from both sides to be completed.
