Sidrachain Mobile App Account Deactivated by Error

My Sidrachain mobile app account was suddenly deactivated two weeks ago with the message “account deactivated by error”. Since then I have been unable to access my account through the app. I am accessing Sidrachain from Burundi and my account is registered with my email address. I have already contacted the Sidrachain team about this situation, but my account is still not active and the problem has not been resolved. I kindly request that my Sidrachain mobile app account be reactivated as soon as possible so that I can regain full access to my account.
