Sidra Account Deactivated After KYC Cannot Access Mining Balance

I have been using the Sidra mobile app from Nigeria for a long time with the username @ATUSA and have been mining for years. Recently, after successfully completing my KYC, I suddenly became unable to access my Sidra account. At first, the app showed an error saying it could not authorise me, and later it started showing that my account is deactivated. This problem has been ongoing since March, and I still cannot log in to my account through the mobile app. I have tried to contact Sidra support, but even after filling in my complaint in the support section, I am unable to submit it, so I have not been able to reach the team properly about this issue. I have spent years mining on Sidra, and I am very worried about losing all the balance and effort in my account, especially after completing KYC. I kindly request that my Sidra account with the username @ATUSA be urgently reviewed and reactivated so that I can access my account and continue using the service without losing my mined balance and data.
