On October 11, 2025, $19.99 USD was charged to my account through the Converter Space website without my knowledge or consent. This transaction was made without my authorization. I contacted you via email regarding this issue, but I have not received any response.
I have also seen that other people have experienced similar issues. I am requesting that my membership be canceled and that the charged amount be fully refunded to me. If no action is taken, I will pursue my legal rights.
