Unauthorized Converter Space Subscription Still Active

On September 6, 2025, an unintended membership was created on Converter Space through the iOS web platform, and on September 10, 2025, at 10:18 PM, $19.99 USD was charged to my Mastercard issued by the International Bank of Azerbaijan. This membership and payment were made entirely without my knowledge or consent. I did not encounter any approval screen or notification during the signup process. My membership is still currently active.

I am requesting that this membership be canceled and that the charged amount be fully refunded to me. I expect an urgent resolution to this issue.
