Shopify Store Belora Ignored Customer After Payment, No Product Shipped

About 20 days ago, I placed an order for a handbag from the brand Belora through Shopify, paying by credit card. However, I have not received any tracking number, invoice, or order confirmation email. To this day, my product has not been delivered.

I contacted Belora through messages, but although my message was seen, I never received a response.

Since my order has not been delivered, I have been significantly inconvenienced and I am requesting a full refund of the amount paid.

I ask that my issue be resolved as soon as possible and that I either receive my order immediately or get my money refunded without further delay.
