I Paid ₺25,000 for Shopify Course at YTK Danışmanlık But Got No Real Support

I enrolled in a Shopify training program from YTK Danışmanlık, which was initially advertised as a 1-month course. I was guided by someone named M***** A** during the registration and payment process. I paid ₺25,000 in cash upfront with the understanding that I’d receive comprehensive training and support.

However, as soon as the payment was completed, communication stopped. My messages were ignored, my calls went unanswered, and the promised timeline was completely disregarded. Instead of one month, the course dragged on for five months, and even during that time, I received little to no actual guidance.

I feel scammed and completely let down. The lack of professionalism and accountability is alarming. I strongly advise others not to work with YTK Danışmanlık unless they want to waste time and money.

I demand that this issue be addressed immediately, and that the company either provides what was originally promised or refunds my payment without delay.
