Shopier's Failure To Refund And Blocking Customer Communication

On 07.12.2025, I purchased a pair of shoes from Boomer.tr via Shopier. After placing the order, I was informed that the shoes I selected were out of stock and I was forced to choose another model. However, without updating the shoe model in my order, they sent me a completely different pair that they had in stock. There is a price difference of ₺700 between the shoes I originally chose and the pair they sent me. For nearly a month, they have been constantly stalling and misleading me, and despite all this time passing, they still have not refunded my money. I am a student and currently in a financially difficult situation, so this delay affects me even more. My order number is 467668894. I request that my payment be refunded without any further delay and that the ₺700 difference arising from this wrong and unfair process be returned to me as soon as possible.
