Shopier Took My Money After a Failed Transaction - I Faced Threats From the Seller
The issues I experienced on a site called Shopier began with problems involving confirmation links and order numbers. Due to an incorrect transaction, my money was held in limbo, and I was told I needed to send the same amount again to recover it. I was informed that the system did not allow refunds, and during the cancellation process, which also involved the Financial Crimes Investigation Board, I ended up losing a total of ₺50,000. I believe the seller is involved in this situation. This person tried to intimidate me with threats of legal action and even threatened to harass my family. I am demanding a full refund. I’ve gone into debt and received neither a product nor peace of mind in return. I urgently request that my grievance be resolved.
