PayPal Transfer Not Received in Bank Account After 17 Days

On July 2nd, I transferred money from my PayPal account to my bank account, but it still hasn’t arrived, and it's been 17 days. I’m really unsure what to do at this point since the funds just won’t show up in my bank account, and I haven’t been able to withdraw my money. I would really appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue. This delay is frustrating, and I’m not sure how much longer I have to wait. PayPal, please address this problem and help ensure my funds are successfully transferred to my bank account.
