I placed order number 24113 with Shiny Force on November 4, but it has still not been shipped after a week. Despite receiving an email stating that the package is "ready for shipment," no tracking number has been provided, and the shipping company has not received the package. This delay is extremely frustrating, and I expected better service. I urgently request that my order be shipped immediately and a tracking number be provided.
