ShareChat Account Banned Without Reason

I have been using ShareChat with the number 6284402*** and for about one month my profile has been closed and shown as banned without any clear reason. Whenever I try to open or activate my ShareChat profile, I see the message that my user ID is banned and I cannot access my account. Before this ban, I did not receive any warning, message, email, or SMS from ShareChat about violating community guidelines or any other rules. My profile was suddenly banned, and I have no information about what caused this situation. I kindly request that the ban on my ShareChat profile be lifted and my account be reactivated as soon as possible, or that I be given a clear explanation if there is any specific reason for this ban.
